When I mentioned to my friend that I practice Yoga, she asked me for clues on the best yoga tips for starters and how to apply them for maximum efficiency. Yoga will not be a quick fix for all your aches, worries and pains. Some teachers adhere to different religions, but they are not connected to yoga. With yoga, you can benefit from relaxed breathing with a reasonable degree of control.

It is not enough to reserve a time for yoga if you can't put your all into the practice. If you begin to feel more spiritual it's probably because you are more in tune with your body and life than you were before you started doing yoga.
