The nine main styles of Yoga are: Bhakti, Hatha, Jnana, Karma, Kundalini, Mantra, Raja, Tantric, and Yantra Yoga. Yoga combines breathing techniques and meditation along with physical exercises.

Whether you're thinking of leaving your current job, or simply supplementing your income, becoming a yoga instructor may be the change you're craving. Besides being an essential element in yoga tips for starters, they are quite indispensable as they stimulate and balance all the systems of the body including the endocrine, circulatory, reproductive and digestive system. Yoga begins and ends with the mind, if you can convince yourself you really want to do it, then you should be able to keep the spirit.

Students should understand that some forms of daily low level stress are unavoidable, and make them stronger because of the experience, but extreme stress can cause panic attacks, heart attacks, or premature death. Integral yoga is perfect for beginners. Some teachers adhere to different religions, but they are not connected to yoga.

The depths of your poses are not nearly as important as how deep you delve into yourself. Whatever you do, good luck and have fun!
