Most anything you read, watch, or listen to about yoga will tell you to practice often, but one of the yoga tips that sometimes get skipped is that you must practice right. Instructors must be able to accurately verbalize a pose to students in a way that they can understand. It is more important to honor your body than to try to do a pose perfectly.

Don't be kept away by the women or the way you look in a sweat suit. You can be fully present with whatever you are doing instead of worrying about tomorrow or regretting yesterday.
