It enables you to do certain yoga practices properly and efficiently. With yoga, the frequency with which you work on your positions is as important if not more so than the length of the practice sessions. Visiting the studios and participating in a few trial classes will quickly tell you all you need to know about yoga techniques.

No one begins yoga able to handle all the postures. You have to decide you will give it a fair try and stick to that determination. Repeat postures once or twice.
